SHIPPING POLICY

At M2 Arts and Crafts, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Locations: We ship across India.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days, depending on your PIN code and courier service availability.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on total order value, weight, and delivery location.

  • Order Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

  • Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your understanding

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We ensure quality packing and safe dispatch. However, since we deal with small crafting materials, we currently do not accept product returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong item ordered by customer

  • Color/size variation expectations

  • ​

✅ Replacement is available only if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive a wrong product

  • An item is missing from your order

 

Replacement Terms:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear unboxing video and photos as proof (mandatory)

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • After verification, we will replace the item.

  • No cash refunds
